Miley's alleged stalker arrested after burglary attempt.

Miley Cyrus was almost the victim of a burglary early this morning. LAPD's North Hollywood Division tells us 26-year-old Musa Danasabe Ibrahim was arrested at 4:15am in the yard of Miley's neighbor. The initial call came in as a Citizen's Arrest.

The LAPD tell X17online exclusively:

"Ibrahim was trying to make entry into Miley Cyrus' house, but he got the houses mixed up. When we arrived on scene, we found him in her neighbor's yard. He was arrested for trespassing."

According to the police report, Ibrahim is described as an African American male with black hair, brown eyes, 5' 10 and 160lbs. 

An eyewitness tells us the man was claiming "he had a date with Miley." Neighbors describe Ibrahim, who jumped the fence into the yard, as a "freaky guy".

We're told Ibrahim is still in custody. His bail has been set for $5,000.

Miley is set to bring her music on an International Concert Tour this year! The 2011 tour will begin in Quito, Ecuador on April 29, 2011 at Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa then Miley will head to a show in Lima, Peru on May 1, 2011 at Explanada del Monumental.

Those are the only two dates of the tour that have been confirmed so far, but many more tour dates are expected to be announced soon!

Although, according to a source, Miles will most likely not be bringing the new concert tour to any venues in the United States.

It's unofficial, but I've heard that this 2011 tour will be called Gypsy Heart Tour.

Billy Ray and Tish: not divorcing?

During an appearance on The View that will air today, Billy Ray Cyrus made a startling announcement: he said he's called off his divorce from wife Tish.  "I want to put my family back together," he told the hosts and the audience, adding: "Things are the best they've ever been."    

That's quite the departure from how things have been recently, considering the interview Billy Ray gave to GQ last month in which he blamed Hannah Montana for destroying his family and said Satan was attacking Miley.

But Billy Ray claims things are much better now: "I feel like I got my Miley back in a way," he said during yesterday's taping. "I feel like we are the daddy and daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened."

In October, Billy Ray and wife Tish issued a joint statement announcing plans to end a 17-year marriage. Miley has often been seen out with her mom since then - often defending her from paparazzi - but sources say she hasn't spoken to her dad in months.

We'd be very happy for the family if that's changed, but we also must be a bit hesitant to believe anything Billy Ray says. The man has proven to often be full of it.

Moving?

According to X17online, Miles' parents moved out from the house in Toluca Lake.
They left Bekins moving van parked on the back driveway to keep the whole thing more private.
Two large trucks and a smaller moving truck were spotted on the property. They loaded all the stuff in the truck.
Apparently they are looking for a house in a neighborhood. Their house is not far from the current house.

Miley Cyrus Snapped Stumbling Because Of Paparazzi Lights

'Party in the U.S.A.' star was blinded by flashes after meeting with producer Dr. Luke, sources tell MTV News.

When photos of Miley Cyrus outside of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hit the Internet on Tuesday (March 15), gossip blogs claimed the star was stumbling around the L.A.-area hotspot after a night of partying. But, sources close to Cyrus tell MTV News the rumors are all wrong.

Miley was in a meeting with producer Dr. Luke at the hotel, where they discussed writing music for other artists. Luke and Cyrus worked together on her hit "Party in the U.S.A," according to sources. The teen superstar was actually blinded by the flashing lights of the paparazzi, not stumbling, as had been reported earlier on Tuesday.

Last week, Cyrus made headlines defending her mom against paparazzi gathered of outside of the California Chicken Cafe in West Hollywood, California. She confronted one of the photographers telling him, "You just hit my mom with your camera, don't you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don't you ever even think about it, for real."

Cyrus has often expressed her displeasure with the celebrity photogs. "I just [want] people to know, I think in pictures I always look upset. It's because these cameras are following me. I just think it's really kind of unfair," she shared in a September 2010 video blog.

"I know there are some people that maybe like that attention, but I'm not one of them. I really just want to be able to go on walks and enjoy where I live. ... The paparazzi really frustrate me, and it makes me really upset that I'm being followed around by men that I don't know, and for anyone else, it would be considered stalking. I don't know who those guys are. I don't know if they're good guys or bad guys. I don't necessarily care; I don't want anyone following me."

In spite of the unwanted media attention, Cyrus is already having a good 2011. She recently showed off her funny side as a host on "Saturday Night Live" and she has two flicks, "LOL" and "So Undercover," set for release this year.
